What is your utopia? What do you think would be an ideal world?

Research is my utopia. In today’s world information about any topic is available, everywhere. But there is a significant difference between information and knowledge, and knowledge is power. So, we need to find that real knowledge and apply it to our, and everybody’s daily life in order to help people to get a better life, in a better world. So doing research and finding solutions for health issues is my utopian world.

I want to create a place of truth, a platform, where people can find data-driven and evidence-based facts delivered by high level scientist about improving their physical and mental health. So people can go there to find what is really good for their health.

That’s the dream I have and that I pursue with all my strength. We should always learn to know how and also why we have to maintain our health. First achieve it and then take care of it.

But it’s challenging to find credible information and a way to apply the knowledge through a simple technique and to establish new habits. Habits that will stay with us for a long time so we can develop the best version of ourselves and everybody else. Health is the key for you to be happy, to thrive and to enjoy a life that is satisfying.

So, that’s what this small start-up I founded called Virtusan is about. We want to create a place where you can get truthful, reliable information to achieve and maintain physical and mental health.

You see, as humans we sleep, eat and move. But of course, we also have feelings. We dream, hope and we love. But we also feel fear. We need healthy mental fitness.

That’s where compassion comes in. You know, loving oneself, forgiving oneself, but also your fellow citizens, friends, colleagues, co-workers more often. Showing compassion to yourself but also towards people, animals and the environment.

We want to help people to achieve a healthier, happier and longer life.

What do you tell people who are asking you for advice?

Advice, well, at this moment there’s only one thing. That is: take the fate of your health in your own hands, because health is the most important asset you have in your life. If you depend on the doctor’s healthcare system, most of the time it’s ‘ill care’. But healthcare starts with prevention and includes a lot more.

So that’s why I really want people to become active, and start taking care of their fitness, mentally and physically and taking care of their emotional wellbeing. Not only dealing with themselves, but also their loved ones. family, friends, including nature, animals, the environment, they’re all part of our overall wellbeing.
